here's a beefsteak fungus, great example. We've spotted more which we will go back for when they are ready. As you may remember from last years posts we like to eat them with bacon, preferably on a Sunday morning, but any day of the week will do!!!
Hi there, I've just found your blog from Down to Earth & what great timing for me. I'm only relatively new to the idea of a sustainable life, and now that I've managed to get a bit of a garden going I've just bought a heap of preserving jars. I'm keen to give jams & chutneys a go and you've got so many great recipes I've been inspired! Can't wait to give some of them a go. Count me in as a regular reader now!
